Dear Chen,
I'm writing on behalf of myself and Raul Selberg to thank you for a wonderful visit to China. Our trip far exceeded our hopes and was truly a once in a lifetime experience.
I also wanted to offer our praise for Kelly, our guide in Beijing. We have travelled all over the world over the years and Kelly was easily one of the best guides we have ever had. In addition to being she incredibly knowledgeable about the Beijing's sites and history, she was also friendly, courteous and professional in carrying out her duties. As well, her English was impeccable. Your company should be proud to have her as a guide.
In the future, we will highly recommend both your company and Kelly to our friends and relatives who may be planning a trip to your wonderful country. We also hope to return one day to see more.

Sir/Madam,
I have just returned from a 9 day trip to China having been looked after by CITS Tour Guides.
I just wanted to say how wonderful the guides we had in Xi'an (Vicky) and Shanghai (Lu) were.
They met us at the airport, gave us a full detailed overview of the city we had just arrived at, and were extremely pleasant and welcoming. Their English was excellent and we became quite attached to both Vicky and Lu.
They ensured everything went smoothly for us, worked well into the evenings to look after us, waited around for hours for us whilst we were at a show to make sure we got back to our hotel safely. Their help at the airport as we left their city was absolutely invaluable. Not just from a language point of view, but they came with us to check in, talked to the Check In staff, and got us sorted out brilliantly. Lu made sure that our request to be upgraded to Premium Economy was sorted out with no fuss whatsoever.
Without Vicky and Lu's help and time, we wouldn't have enjoyed our holiday as much as did, so I just wanted to say a massive THANK YOU to them both for all they did for us whilst in China, it was greatly appreciated.

Dear CITS
I returned to the UK yesterday from a 13 day visit to China, and I
wanted to thank you for such a wonderful experience. The highlight of
the holiday was seeing the total solar eclipse in Hami on August 1st.
There were one or two unforeseen challenges that arose on the day of the
eclipse which included a delay at a roadside checkpoint and some slight
confusion over our eclipse glasses. However, I would like to highly
commend our two guides, Lily and Fan, who worked together magnificently
as a team to overcome all of the obstacles that we encountered, and they
both ensured that we all enjoyed our time at Hami.
Another local guide that we had was called Lucy, and she was also very
good, while the only guide that we could criticise would be Michael in
Shanghai who failed to resolve the relatively minor problems that
cropped up.
To sum it all up - we loved China, and we loved both Lily and Fan, who ensured that we all had the very best of times. If we are lucky enough
to return to China for the 2009 Solar Eclipse, it would be wonderful to
think that Lily and Fan might again be our guides. These two individuals are a great credit to CITS, and they reflect very favourably on your organisation.
