Day 1 Beijing
On arrival, CITS guide will hold a welcome sign to meet you. Take a half-day excursion to explore the incredible Forbidden City with its grand palaces and courtyards. Built in 1420, it was here that 24 emperors lived and ruled for over 500 years. The South Gate leads you to Tian'anmen Square - the biggest of its kind in the world.

Day 2 Beijing
You will take a half-day guided visit to the awesome Great Wall of China. Here you can enjoy the stunning views as you stroll along this seemingly endless piece of history, which winds its way into the far distance. After lunch visit the beautiful Summer Palace where you can discover gardens, palaces and pavilions with temples and halls in a tranquil, landscaped lakeside setting. In the evening you will enjoy an acrobatic show.

Day 3 Beijing
In the morning take a tour through hutongs, Beijing's old and narrow lanes, and visits to Nanluogu Lane and Imperial Academy. In the afternoon, visit the Temple of Heaven, the largest temple complex in China, continue to the National Grand Theater, Bird's Nest or National Stadium and Water Cube or National Aquatic Center.

Day 4 Beijing/Anyang
Take a train from Beijing to Anyang in the morning. Visit the Museum of the Yin Ruins, Fuhao Tomb, which is a middle-size imperial tomb where a heroine named Fuhao was buried. Then visit the Youli City Ruins.

Transfer to Xinzheng, Emperor Huang’s hometown. Visit the Emperor Huang's Tomb Museum and Henan Provincial Museum.

Day 6 Zhengzhou/Dengfeng/Luoyang
Transfer to Dengfeng. Visit the Shaolin Temple, the founding temple of the Buddhist Chan Sect and the birthplace of Shaolin Kungfu. Continue to watch the martial arts performance. In the afternoon, take the private car to Luoyang.

Take a full day tour to the Longmen Grottoes, Baima (White Horse) Temple, Ancient Tombs Museum and cave dwelling courtyard. Take an evening train to Xi'an.

Day 8 Xi'an
A whole day visit to the life-sized terracotta warriors and horses buried for 2,200 years in the first emperor's necropolis, a world heritage site, Huaqing Hot Spring Pool, Greater Wild Goose Pagoda, Museum of Forest of Stone Tablets, and Museum of Shaanxi History.

Day 9 Xi'an/Beijing
Visit the Famen Temple, Qian Mausoleum. Visit the Yanyling Tomb of the Han Dynasty, dating back 2,000 years. In the afternoon, take a fight to Beijing.
