Day 1 Beijing
On arrival, CITS guide will hold a welcome sign to meet you. You will be transferred to the hotel. The rest of the day is free to relax.

Day 2 Beijing
Today’s activities: Forbidden City, Tian'anmen Square, Summer Palace,
Morning:
Take a half-day excursion to explore the incredible Forbidden City with its grand palaces and courtyards. Built in 1420, it was here that 24 emperors lived and ruled for over 500 years. The South Gate leads you to Tian'anmen Square - the biggest of its kind in the world.
Afternoon:
Continue to the beautiful Summer Palace where you can discover gardens, palaces and pavilions with temples and halls in a tranquil, landscaped lakeside setting.
Evening:
Dinner is served at the original, century-old Quanjude Roasted Duck Restaurant. At night you will enjoy a fascinating Peking Opera Show at the Liyuan Theatre.

Day 3 Beijing
Today’s activities: Great Wall, Ming Tomb
Morning:
You will take a half-day guided visit to the awesome Great Wall of China. Here you can enjoy the stunning views as you stroll along this seemingly endless piece of history, which winds its way into the far distance.
Afternoon:
Continue to the Ming Tomb, which due to their enormity took over 200 years to complete.

Day 4 Beijing to Chongqing
Today’s activities: Temple of Heaven, Chongqing Zoo, the General Joseph W. Stilwell Museum
Morning:
Explore the Temple of Heaven which itself has become a symbol of the city. Here ancient emperor worshipped God and prayed for harvest. Then you will take the flight to Chongqing.
Afternoon:
Visit the Chongqing Zoo and the General Joseph W. Stilwell Museum, who was chief commander of US forces in the China-Burma-India Theatre during World War II. Continued you will be transferred to the port where you will board the Cruiser for your Pre-cruise night.

Day 5 Cruising on the Yangtze
Today’s activities: Ghost-Fengdu
After breakfast enjoy a Shore excursion to the city of the ghost-Fengdu, Fengdu is believed to be the place where every soul is judged after death. Images in temples of Several religious beliefs have been warning people of misdeeds for many centuries since the Tang Dynasty. After lunch aboard, cruising along the Yangtze and dinner aboard.

Day 6 Cruising on the Yangtze
Today’s activities: Qutang Gorge, Shennong Stream, Wu Gorge, The west part of Xiling Gorges
Today you will witness some of the most fascinating sights in all of China. Cruise through the spectacular Qutang Gorge and enjoy a shore excursion at Shennong Stream. You will continue cruising through the Wu Gorge and the west part of Xiling Gorges.

Day 7 Yichang to Shanghai
Today’s activities: The east part of Xiling Gorge, Three Gorges Dam Project
Pass the east part of Xiling Gorge, which is famous for its strangely shaped cliff faces. Enjoy a shore excursion at the Three Gorges Dam Project. One of the largest construction project ever undertaken, it will forever change the face of the Yangtze River.
Afternoon:
After disembarkation at Yichang at 13:00, transfer to take the flight to Shanghai. You will be free for the rest of the day.

Day 8 Shanghai
Today’s activities: Shanghai Museum, Yu Garden, Jade Buddha Temple
Morning:
Visit the Shanghai Museum with its collection of ancient Chinese Art of bronze, ceramics, painting and calligraphy.
Afternoon:
Visit the Yu Garden, which has over 30 pavilions, linked by a maze of corridors and bridges and the Jade Buddha Temple where two rare jade statues of Sakyamuni Buddha is treasured.
Evening:
Enjoy an acrobatic show at the Portman Ritz-Carlton Hotel for your entertainment.

Day 9 Shanghai to Guilin
Today’s activities: Fubo Hill, Reed Flute Cave
Morning:
Transfer to take your flight to Guilin.
Afternoon:
Upon arrival, meet the guide and visit historic Fubo Hill and the Reed Flute Cave- a 790 feet deep dripstone cave which includes myriads of stalactites and stalagmites of dazzling colors.

Day 10 Guilin to Yangshuo to Guili
Today’s activities: Li River Cruise
Today take a scenic river cruise along the Li River with its peaceful senerity and jagged limestone peaks. Lunch is included on board before arriving at Yangshuo where you have free time to explore and peruse the local shops and markets. Continue to take the private vehicle back to Guilin.

Day 11 Guilin
Transfer to the airport for the flight to your homeland. Alternatively, extend your stay.
