Bestourchina (http://www.bestourchina.com) is a sub-brand of CITS online business. The CITS E-commerce Department is in charge of producing and operating online products and providing various kinds of services for clients who make inquires and bookings through the Internet. The quality and credibility of its products are same to the other brand-name products of CITS.
This site and its travel services are available to people who lawfully enter into this site. bestourchina|CITS respect the privacy of your data which you supply to us. We will comply with all applicable data protection legislation in respect of it. You agree to keep your data accurate and up-to-date and we may use your personal data for the purpose of providing you with our services, such as using your information to book the hotel and flights.
The minimum age of booking a travel service from this site is 18 years old. By accessing or booking on this site you acknowledge that you have read and understood all of the Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations in China.

Use of Information and Copyrights

You may only use this website for your own personal use. You are not allowed to access, use or copy any information or material on the website for any commercial purpose or for any unlawful purposes. bestourchina|CITS reserves the right to take photographic or film records of any of its trips, and to use any such photographic or film records for promotional and/or commercial purposes. This site contains links to external web sites. These links are provided for your convenient to get further information quickly and easily. bestourchina|CITS is not responsible for the content of these websites.

Alteration of Itinerary

If you change your itinerary: Alternations to your itinerary before confirmation are happily processed free of charge. If you want to change some details of your itinerary such as adding scenic spots, revising your daily schedule or changing to a new hotel after confirmation, we will do our best to help after we check the possibility and availability. Because hotel/flight is reserved several weeks in advance, we cannot guarantee your entire request can be satisfied. You are required to pay any additional cost may incur.
If we change your itinerary: bestourchina|CITS reserves the right to modify the itinerary of the tour if air schedule or surface transportation changes, and/or events beyond its control make such alteration necessary. We aim to provide all products as booked, but sometimes we do have to make changes: If events that is out of our control happen, such as war, fire, epidemics, health risks, hurricanes and other actual or potential severe weather conditions, and all other risky events etc, we will have to change your itinerary and if any extra fees caused by third parties such as cruise operators, airlines and hotels, they/we will pay the extra cost.

Book Your Flight

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking a flight. Placing an order indicates that bestourchina|CITS Terms & Conditions have been read and accepted:
1. All airfares are not guaranteed until purchased.
2. Prices do not include bestourchina|CITS booking fee and any other fees might be charged directly by the airlines (i.e. over-weighted luggage).
3. Prices are updated continuously, so prices and seat availabilities are subject to change before full payment. Please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Please reconfirm your flight details before purchasing.
4. Ticket modification may incur extra fees.
5. In addition to any extra fees imposed by the airlines, a processing fee of up to 50 % of the ticket price will be charged by the airlines for any modification.
6. All airfares provided are E-tickets unless specifically indicated.
7. Please read important information at airlines’ official websites regarding airline liability limitations.
8. Please read all the rules and restrictions applicable to the airfares.
9. Your personal information must appear exactly as they do on your passport.

Responsibility

The responsibility of bestourchina|CITS agents, parent company and affiliated companies is strictly limited. As a tour operator, we organize, promote, and sell tour programs consisting of certain travel services, including guide service, ground transportation, air transportation, water transportation, excursions and accommodations that we purchase or reserve from various suppliers. The suppliers providing services for our tour programs are independent contractors and they are not agents or employees of ours. To the extent that we are involved in booking air and/or cruise transportation for you, we act as your agent and not as an agent for the third party companies. However, we promise that we are responsible for the willful or negligent acts of our partner travel agents for the land services.
bestourchina|CITS will take all benefits and all losses of any fluctuations, lower or higher in airfares, cruise fares, currency devaluation, park fee increases, taxes, or fuel surcharges after we have received the full payment. And we reserve the right to correct promotional or pricing errors or to increase the tour price in the event of cost increases due to changes in airfares, cruise fares, currency devaluation, park fee increases, taxes, or fuel surcharges before we receive your reservation deposit.
bestourchina|CITS reserves the right to accept or reject any person as a tour participant, to expel any tour participant from the tour, to make changes in the itinerary whenever we deem it necessary for the comfort, convenience, or safety of the other tour participants, or to cancel a tour at any time. We will refund any unused fund to tour participants.
bestourchina|CITS reserves the right to substitute hotels, flights, or cruise ships, to alter itineraries, or to cancel the tour prior to departure.

Disclaimer

bestourchina|CITS shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person, property in connection with climatic conditions, sea fire, breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, wars whether or not declared, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, terrorist activities, or any other actions, omissions or conditions beyond bestourchina|CITS's control. Neither bestourchina|CITS nor any of its affiliates or subsidiaries shall be or become liable or responsible for any additional expenses of liability sustained or incurred by the tour member as a result of any of the aforementioned causes.
bestourchina|CITS shall not be responsible for any wrongful or negligent acts, omissions, or the failure of any equipment operated by any suppliers such as transportation carriers, cruise, and hotels, or any other party not directly owned or controlled by bestourchina|CITS.
bestourchina|CITS is not responsible for a client's failure to comply with customs regulations and we are not responsible for the theft or lost of any customer's valuables or items of personal property due to the negligence of the customer.

Variation of Terms and Conditions

Additional terms will apply to your reservation and purchase of travel-related goods and services that you select. Please refer the additional terms carefully before reservation or purchase.
These terms and Conditions may vary from time to time. bestourchina|CITS reserves the right to modify or rescind the terms and conditions in whole, or in part at any time with or without notice. If they are revised, we will post the revised version on this site. Please re-read these terms and conditions even if you have previously used this site. If you purchased any China travel product, the terms and conditions of all products together shall constitute the entire understanding between you and bestourchina|CITS relating to your China travel products.

Cancellation and Refund

We understand that you have to cancel your trip to China for some reason. If you wish to cancel your booking with us we need to receive your request in writing, and all vouchers or tickets returned to us. However, not all bookings can be cancelled and cancellation fee will be charged.

HOTEL

We understand that sometimes your travel plan may change. bestourchina|CITS does not charge a change or cancel administration fee. However, the hotel with which you have a reservation may have change or cancellation fees that we are required to pass on. These hotel cancellation fees vary based on property restrictions or dates of travel; please verify the change/cancellation policies unique to your selected hotel. Change/cancellation of existing Bestourchina|CITS hotel reservations must be made through us. We do not normally charge a change or cancel administration fee for hotels booked as part of a package. However, the hotel with which you have a reservation may have change or cancellation fees that we are required to pass on.

FLIGHT

The cancellation policy varies by different Airline Company. Please read the "Rules" of different seats when you make the reservation. Cancellation and refund policy may vary depends on each airline.

TRAIN

International Train Ticket

Period before departure. Cancellation is notified:	Cancellation fee
31 days before leaving	20% of total cost
Within 30 days	50% of total cost

Domestic Train Ticket

Period before departure. Cancellation is notified:	Cancellation fee
21 days before leaving	50% of total cost
Within 20 days	100% of total cost

There is no refund can be made for issued domestic ticket. The trains to Hong Kong have special policy for cancellation. Please confirm the booking terms with your travel advisors.

CRUISE

Period before departure. Cancellation is notified:	Cancellation fee
31 days before leaving	10% of total cost
16-30 days	20% of total cost
Within 15 days	50% of total cost

This is ONLY applicable to President series. Terms may vary depend on the cruise company.

CITY TOUR/PACKAGE

Period before departure. Cancellation is notified:	Cancellation fee
Before 15 days	10% of total cost(Deposit)
Between 8-15 days	15% of total cost
Between 2-7 days	30% of total cost
Within 24 hours	50% of total cost

10% of the total cost (Deposit) is NOT refundable. No-show travelers will be charged 100% of the full payment. If a traveler cancelled while a tour is in progress, unused services can't be refunded. If a traveler missed any programs because of early departure and late arrival, unused services can't be refunded.

CAR

The cancellation fee will be calculated the same as City Tour cancellation refunds。
